We operate an appointment-only clinic to ensure every client recieves dedicated time and attention. Please do book your appointment in advance. 

Some treatments may require you to avoid sun exposure, heat, swimming, strenuous exercise or certain activities for a period of time afterwards.

Some treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. If a patch test is required for your chosen treatment, we will let you know when booking

Yes. A £30 booking fee is required to secure treatrment appointments and will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. 

Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in the booking fee being retained.
